Subprocessors
Version 2026-10-19 (in effect from that date)
These are the service providers ("subprocessors") that Sell For Me (Sell For Me) uses to run the Service and that may process personal information for us or our customers. Each one may use it only to provide its service to us, under a contract that requires it to protect it. Which voice and AI providers handle a given call depends on the voice the business picked. We update this page before we add a subprocessor; questions to privacy@sellforme.ai.

- Cloudflare (bot protection on sign-up and forms with Turnstile, DNS lookups to check customers' domains). Global network.

Services our customers choose to connect
These receive or provide data only when a business connects them, as that business directs. They act for the business, under the business's own agreement with them:
- GoHighLevel (a CRM, and the default route for a business's texts once it connects GoHighLevel: they go out from its GoHighLevel number under its own A2P registration), HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close and Zoho CRM (CRMs).
- Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Calendly and Cal.com (calendars).
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads).
- Twilio (when a business connects its own Twilio account: we read its message history to import the opt-outs people sent it, so they keep being honored).
- A webhook URL you connect (for example Zapier, Make or n8n): call outcomes and lead updates are sent there when you set one up.
On our own website
- Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, only on our demo page and only if we turn them on, to measure our own ads (see our Cookie Notice).
